More than 800 visitors came to taste the wines of our two Appellations, which confirms the growing interest shown by Parisian professional members in our produce.

27 domains and companies came to present their produce, from 2pm to 7pm, in the friendly and stylish environment promoted by the Plaza.

5 wine growers were also able to present their 2009 Cornas or Saint Péray wines, sporting their 10 years of age with pride, during a masterclass held from 3pm to 4pm.

An increasing number of starred and reputed restaurant owners and wine merchants now attend the event, which takes place every two years and promotes our vineyards, with active support from the Rhone Crussol Tourist Board.

This year, 80% of the participants were sommeliers and restaurant owners, 10% were wine merchants and 10% were wholesalers working in catering groups, online sales or prestigious wine cellars.

We were proud to welcome sommeliers Jean-Luc Jamrozik and Philippe Faure Brac, along with representatives from the Ducasse group and Pierre Gagnaire, Hugues Forget from La Grande Epicerie, representatives from Maxim’s, Joël Robuchon, the Ritz, the Tour d’Argent, the Lutétia and many others.

The feedback was extremely positive, both for the wine tasters and for the wine growers.
